Wolf Castle ties up his series "Da Vinci Chronicles" EPs with Da Vinci's Inquest, an epilogue to the series that dives back into themes present in the previous three releases.
Now that we've arrived at our destination, Wolf Castle takes time to reflect, bring himself back to specific places and look towards the future. Inspired by modern rap legends like Mac Miller, Drake, DaBaby and old school titans the likes of Jay-Z, Tupac and Biggie Smalls - Wolf Castle has mixed the best of catchy pop rap melodies and hooks with verses and topics that will make any old school fan bop their head.
In this project he's rounded up the troops in his circle of artists from rappers like his uncle Raphael de la Rez and Cape Breton's Shift from tha 902 to engineers and beatmakers like Talon the Rez Kid Wonder & DLN on the Track to create an authentic Mi'kmaq record that provides a glimpse into the life and culture of young indigenous people.
