All sales are final unless you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. Returning the incorrect or damaged item may be required before a refund or exchange is issued. Please provide pictures of the damaged packaging for all damaged items so we can file a claim with the carrier.
