RSD Exclusive
2026 marks the 50th anniversary of Ike White's only full-length studio release, 'Changin' Times.' To celebrate, it's getting a much-overdue refresh with a brand new RSD Exclusive 1LP vinyl featuring tracks cut from the original analog tape and brand new liner notes. Music producer Jerry Goldstein originally recorded the album from within the walls of Folsom State Prison where Ike was serving a life sentence, and where the musical prodigy spent his time writing and performing alongside fellow inmates. His advocates and fans include the likes of Stevie Wonder and Snoop Dogg and, with the release of a 2020 doc, there is renewed interest in Ike's music and legacy.
